MONDAYS: 1pm-5pm

TUESDAYS: 10am-1pm

WEDNESDAYS: 11am-3pm (CalFresh enrollment assistance when available- call for more information)

THURSDAYS: 10am-1pm & 3pm-7pm

ALTERNATE FRIDAYS: 1pm - 5pm (Acupuncture)

PLEASE NOTE: Parents/Guardians bringing children in for vaccines or physicals should bring all previous vaccine documentation available for their children to their visit.
