Worried about the coronavirus?

We offer telehealth visits, testing referrals, and at-home tests as available. If you test positive, we provide access to COVID-19 therapeutics and treatment. Please call us at 707-585-7780 for more information on our Test to Treat program.

We offer COVID-19 vaccinations by appointment. Not yet vaccinated? We can schedule you an appointment for that or make you a telehealth appointment for our other services. Questions about boosters? Call us to get more information.

WEEKLY CLINIC HOURS (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

MONDAYS: 9am-12pm (Acupuncture) and 1pm-5pm

TUESDAYS: 10am-1pm

WEDNESDAYS: 11am-3pm (CalFresh only during the Summer)

THURSDAYS: 10am-1pm & 3pm-7pm

1st & 3rd FRIDAYS: 8:30am-12pm (Acupuncture)

PLEASE NOTE: Parents/Guardians bringing children in for vaccines or physicals should bring all previous vaccine documentation available for their children to their visit.
