Donna Waldman, MS
Donna Waldman was one of the original clinic founders. In addition to her extensive involvement in various local and national non-profit organizations, Ms. Waldman also has more than 30 years of experience as a corporate manager and brand specialist. Fluent in Spanish, she has been a community organizer since the early 1970′s, and has been instrumental in the design and management of several health care and educational organizations.

Gabriela Buchholz Athens, MBA
Gabriela Buchholz, Athens, is a seasoned nonprofit administrator with a mission-driven approach and a focus on vulnerable communities. She has been with the JCFC since 2010, contributing to our strategy and development. She leverages her skill set to ensure that administrative and finance activities align with the JCFC’s mission and clinical needs, ensuring that the organization remains mission-driven.

Joshua Weil, MD
Dr. Joshua Weil is a Board Certified specialist in Emergency Medicine who is retired from Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa. He has been volunteering at the JCFC for over a decade and has been our Volunteer Medical Director since June of 2014. Dr. Weil is widely respected both in Sonoma County and globally for his expertise in emergency medicine, preparedness, and response.
